The TA Lead will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in talent acquisition within the IT consulting or technology domain. This role is central to our India and global TA strategy, especially as we continue strengthening process discipline, data visibility, and delivery consistency across our India hiring operations

The hiring company is a technology consulting and services company that helps large organizations modernize their IT systems. They have offices in Gurugram and Hyderabad wherein India acts as a global delivery and engineering hub supporting cloud, AI, cybersecurity etc.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Clear ownership of hiring for revenue-driving / billable functions
  • Set and own KPIs for their team
  • Lead process improvements with measurable impact
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the IT consulting / services focus and business impact.
  • Multi‑region or multi‑practice support
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to hiring in growth areas like AI / data / analytics, Cloud and modern infrastructure, Cyber/security, intelligent operations, managed services
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
