Seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead the end-to-end finance function for a growing business with international operations. This is a high-ownership leadership role offering exposure to transfer pricing, global transactions, SAP implementation, and cross-functional business partnering.

  • Work closely with international leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Drive SAP implementation and migration initiatives, including SAP FICO deployment.
  • Oversee transfer pricing activities, international invoicing, and foreign exchange management.
  • Partner with logistics and finance teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while driving process improvements and controls.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified finance professional with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in taxation, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP FICO.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing, international transactions, and FX management.
  • Proven ability to independently manage finance operations and lead teams.
  • Experience in trading, logistics, manufacturing, or other internationally connected businesses preferred.
