The organization operates a high-impact Engineering, Product, and R&D environment, focused on building innovative technology solutions while fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture.Job DescriptionAct as the primary HR Business Partner for Engineering, Product, R&D, Technology, and corporate functions across India and North America.Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.Lead the HR strategy and execution for the Bengaluru Global Capability Centre (GCC).Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.Drive data-driven people decisions through HR analytics and actionable workforce insights.Support the scaling of HR processes, policies, and programs to enable continued business growth.Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver hiring plans across technical, business, and leadership roles.Enhance recruitment effectiveness and ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.Own and continuously improve the Performance Management System, including goal setting, review cycles, and talent calibration.Partner with leaders on identifying and developing high-potential talent and future leaders.Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives for hybrid and distributed teams.Drive inclusion, communication, recognition, and leadership effectiveness programs across the organization.Build strong partnerships with Engineering and Product leaders to support talent attraction, retention, and team effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who has:10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong HR Business Partnering expertise.Prior experience supporting Engineering, Product, Technology, or R&D organizations within a product-led technology company or SaaS environment.Demonstrated success partnering directly with senior leaders such as CTOs, Product Leaders, and business executives.Strong experience across performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise senior stakeholders on people-related decisions.Experience supporting geographically distributed teams across India and North America.Exposure to scaling organizations in startup, growth-stage, or high-growth technology environments.Strong knowledge of employee engagement, culture-building, and leadership development initiatives.Experience partnering on talent acquisition and delivering hiring plans across technical and non-technical functions.Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage people analytics to support business decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and globally collaborative environment.What's on OfferOpportunity to lead HR for a growing India GCC and influence people strategy globally.High-visibility role with direct exposure to global leadership and business decision-making.Broad ownership across HRBP, talent management, culture, engagement, and organizational development.Quote job refJN-082026-7093047Job summaryFunctionHuman ResourcesSub SectorHR Business PartnerWhat is your area of specialisation?Technology & TelecomsLocationBangaloreJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-082026-7093047
