We're looking for a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead end-to-end finance operations for a rapidly scaling consumer brand. This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership across compliance, reporting, treasury management, audits, and stakeholder management while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead statutory compliance including GST, TDS filings, reconciliations, assessments, and regulatory notices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and business performance analysis.
  • Drive budgeting, cash flow management, working capital planning, and treasury operations.
  • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, stock statements, and financial data submissions.
  • Partner with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and marketplace stakeholders.
  • Support investor reporting, fundraising requirements, and strategic finance initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a growing finance team while strengthening financial controls and processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in managing financial operations.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Confidence in using financial tools and software.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
