Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end development of ML models powering large‑scale voice and conversational AI.
  • Build and optimize NLP, speech recognition, and natural‑language understanding systems.
  • Design scalable ML pipelines to process and learn from hundreds of thousands of conversations.
  • Research, experiment with, and implement state‑of‑the‑art techniques in LLMs, speech, and conversational intelligence.
  • Improve model accuracy, latency, and real‑time performance for production deployments.
  • Analyze large conversational datasets to extract insights and drive model improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and founders in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership startup environment.
  • Continuously iterate on models and infrastructure to enhance user experience and system reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and speech recognition technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
  • Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and LLM fine‑tuning.
  • Experience handling large‑scale conversational datasets and building robust ML pipelines.
  • Ability to optimize models for real-time performance and high accuracy.
  • Strong communication, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.
  • Curiosity, grit, and a user‑first approach to solving problems.
