Job Description

  • Lead post-contract commercial management for complex EPC projects.
  • Drive change orders, claims prevention, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with project, engineering, supply chain and legal teams to optimise commercial outcomes.
  • Negotiate with customers, EPC contractors and suppliers to protect margins and enhance revenue.
  • Provide strategic commercial guidance to senior stakeholders across global projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in commercial contract management, claims management and EPC project environments.
  • Strong background in engineering, industrial manufacturing, energy or oil & gas sectors.
  • Expertise in contract interpretation, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership globally.
  • Based in Pune or open to relocation.
