Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and social selling
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with qualified meetings
  • Engage senior HR stakeholders and position the full value of HR certification solutions
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations, including needs analysis and solution mapping
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for new client acquisition
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within HR leadership circles
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, events, and digital leads
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for HR certification and data insights offerings
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation and deal closure
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within HR services or certification solutions
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients ("new logo" sales)
  • Strong consultative selling and value-based selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Established network within HR decision-making communities preferred
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events
