Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Use data and market insights to improve hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in talent acquisition within the FMCG industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the EMEA market is a plus.
