Job Description

  • Design, build and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI systems.
  • Develop planning, memory, orchestration and RAG capabilities.
  • Benchmark and optimise AI models for performance and safety.
  • Operate production AI systems and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Partner with AI engineers and leadership to define strategy.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years in software engineering.
  • 5+ years building LLM or agentic AI solutions.
  • Strong Python and backend engineering expertise.
  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK or similar.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases and AI deployment.
