Job Description

Job Description:

* Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FI and CO ERP and S/4 HANA Finance process.

* Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP/S4 FICO solutions.

* Configure/customize and implement SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA) in ECC 6, S4 HANA system.

* Handle integration points with other SAP/S4 modules (MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).

* Experience in the implementation and compliance of Indian GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations.

* Experience in implementing Indian Income Tax systems and processes.

* Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

* Work with business users to troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional and technical issues.

* Be available to support as COE Finance SME during P1 incident resolution in Finance area as per Follow the Sun Rota (during Asia time zone).

* Experience in preparing detailed documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

* Deliver and support SAP/S4 rollout projects, upgrades, and enhancement activities.

* Provide post-implementation support and user training.

* Good understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, partner profiles. Hands on experience on SAP Interfaces.

* Debug capabilities and ABAP knowledge will be considered a plus.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior SAP FICO S/4 Hana Consultant should have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • 12+ years of SAP S4/HANA FICO experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation and GST Implementation
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and controlling concepts.
  • Expertise in configuring FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO submodules (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, PCA).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance (if applicable).
  • Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.



* Experience in manufacturing industries/FMCG industries is preferable.
