Job Description

  • Leading end-to-end mortgage underwriting and lender review operations across multiple workstreams.
  • Managing reviews of real estate projects and ensuring alignment with investor and agency requirements.
  • Driving compliance with mortgage and lending guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting, Lender Review, or Real Estate Operations.
  • Strong expertise in condominium project reviews and investor guidelines.
  • Good understanding of real estate operations, including taxes, permits, and utilities.
