Based in Mumbai or Bengaluru, the Director - Real Estate will be responsible for leading the company's real estate acquisition and expansion strategy across India.
Lead and scale real estate operations across underwriting, lender review, compliance, and process excellence functions while managing high-performing teams. The incumbent will be part of the Risk and Monitoring team, responsible for pre-deal Credit Risk diligence and post-deal Portfolio Monitoring across asset classes, including Corporates, Real Estate, and Sponsor Finance.

Candidates with a CS or equivalent qualification and 3-6 yrs PQE, with strong experience in KYC/investor due diligence, corporate governance and excellent written/communication skills, should apply.
