Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable marketing plans with defined KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints



Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Plan and allocate annual and quarterly marketing budgets with ROI focus
  • Collaborate closely with regional/global teams to align campaigns and resource allocation
  • Manage vendor payments and ensure adherence to internal processes



Digital & eCommerce Marketing

  • Lead digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management
  • Optimize brand presence on eCommerce platforms
  • Analyze traffic campaign performance and customer engagement to drive continuous improvement



Content & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee development of marketing creatives including digital assets, POSM, product collaterals and videos
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and quality execution across platforms



Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies across key target communities
  • Build and manage relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Drive engagement initiatives and viral marketing programs



PR & Communications

  • Manage PR agencies and oversee media relations, product reviews, and brand coverage
  • Plan and execute PR calendars aligned with brand priorities



Offline Marketing & Activations

  • Execute retail branding, in-store visibility, demo zones, and signage
  • Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows



Vendor & Team Management

  • Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, digital, and production work
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring timely execution and high performance
  • Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and team members



Regional & International Coordination

  • Support marketing initiatives across international markets where applicable
  • Drive alignment with regional teams on campaigns reporting and strategy



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Strong experience in B2C marketing preferably in consumer technology, electronics or durables
  • Deep understanding of digital and eCommerce marketing ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • ROI-driven mindset with structured and organized working approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
