Job Description

  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Adept in Indian tax laws and governance.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business decisions through financial analysis.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager Finance should have:

  • Qualified CA, with 8+ years of experience, across IT, ITeS, BPO, Technology, Consulting space
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, taxation, budgeting, and compliance within professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in the consultancy industry.
