Job Description

  • Spearhead finance-led ERP implementation from initiation through completion.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents and map end-to-end finance processes.
  • Liaise with ERP consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Establish standardized finance workflows, chart of accounts, and control mechanisms within the system.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and applicable statutory regulations.
  • Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitor receivables, inventory, and cost controls.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts should have:

  • A qualified CA with 7-10 years of experience
  • Experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, Odoo or similar ERP platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in the transport and distribution industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Knowledge of import/export accounting, foreign exchange transactions and inventory accounting.
  • Experience in finance transformation and automation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
