Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to guide business decisions
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Should have a strong background in FinTech and Financial Services, with the ability to manage and understand the sector end-to-end
  • Operating at a level directly below the CFO.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Optimise financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial insights
  • Lead and mentor the finance team
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and execution

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in finance, accounting, and end-to-end controllership, with significant experience in the fintech ecosystem.
  • CA with 6+ years of experience
  • Good knowledge of RBI, audits and compliances
  • Experience in handling audits and compliance
  • Confidence using financial tools and software
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
