Job Description

▪ Advanced AI Expertise:

Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

▪ Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models:

Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions.

▪ AI Innovation:

Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities.

▪ Cloud & Data Platforms:

Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems.

▪ Program Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities.

▪ Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders, technology vendors,and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Data Architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

▪ B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech

▪ Good to have: MBA

▪ Certification in cloud platforms or machine learning frameworks.

▪ Exposure to the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.

▪ Experience in collaborating with vendors and technology ecosystem partners.

Required Skills

▪ Problem-Solving:

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design solutions that deliver business value.

▪ Technical Expertise:

Mastery in data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and programming languages such as Python and R.

▪ AI Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of Generative AI models and LLM architectures, including best practices for implementation.

▪ Cloud Platforms:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS.

▪ Leadership Traits:

Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale AI programs, and drive collaboration across departments
