A digital lending platform focused on providing fast, collateral‑free loans to MSMEs, especially small retailers and service businesses.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in the SaaS space
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and applicable RBI guidelines
  • Provide legal guidance on regulatory requirements and digital lending norms
  • Advise internal teams on legal risk and compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Assist in regulatory audits, inspections, and responses to statutory authorities
  • Provide legal advisory to business support teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • An LL.B./LL.M
  • 5-8 years PQE
  • Strong base in commercial contracting
  • Expertise in Indian data privacy frameworks (GDPR, DPDPA, etc.)
  • Decent understanding of fintech regulations and the IT Act
