Job Description

  • Own the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closed deal across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand tendering workflows, operational challenges, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases.
  • Build compelling business cases highlighting productivity gains, risk reduction, process efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Manage proposals, commercial discussions, negotiations, procurement processes, legal reviews, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with SDR, product, customer success, and leadership teams to accelerate pipeline growth and deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking.
  • Support smooth customer onboarding through effective handover and expectation setting with customer success teams.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to strengthen product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets while identifying expansion and growth opportunities within customer accounts.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or mid-market Account Executive roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales, including discovery, solution selling, product demonstrations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CXOs, business leaders, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, uncovering customer challenges, and translating complex technology solutions into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience building business cases and articulating value through efficiency gains, risk reduction, process improvement, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, CRM management, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Experience selling to India and/or international markets is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to AI SaaS, procurement technology, enterprise workflow software, construction technology, bid management, or related industries will be advantageous.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex buying processes and drive opportunities to successful outcomes.
