Job Description

  • Deliver end-to-end instructor-led classroom trainings (ILT), virtual sessions (VILT), and product demonstrations for internal sales teams.
  • Conduct training needs analysis through field visits, stakeholder interactions, and on-ground observations.
  • Translate field insights into impactful training interventions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with central content teams to design, customize, and enhance training modules.
  • Address both professional and behavioral competency gaps through practical, sales-focused learning programs.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging training delivery with strong participant satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
  • Align all training initiatives with defined competency frameworks and organizational expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, administrative, and training governance requirements.
  • Conduct regular field visits to deliver on-ground trainings and continuously refine content based on real-world gaps.
  • Build strong credibility with internal sales teams and stakeholders through effective facilitation and business acumen.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing & Sales Enablement Trainer should have:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the automotive / auto-components industry.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in sales enablement and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and software.
  • Should be comforatble travelling and delivering on-field training as and when required.
