Job Description

  • Drive New Business Acquisition:
    Actively prospect, engage, and close new customers across India by building a strong outbound sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle:
    Manage the complete sales process-from lead generation and client meetings to solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop Market & GTM Strategy:
    Contribute to defining target industries, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market approach based on on-ground insights.
  • Consultative Solution Selling:
    Understand customer connectivity needs and position tailored wireless and satellite-based solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Build and Scale Sales Engine:
    Lay the foundation for future growth by developing repeatable sales processes, contributing to early team building, and supporting expansion efforts.



The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, connectivity, networking, or adjacent domains like IoT/telematics
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and close deals end-to-end
  • Comfortable selling to SMB and mid-market clients, with exposure to industries like logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, or transport
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, able to operate in an unstructured, early-stage environment and wear multiple hats
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and position solution-led value
