Job Description

* Drive new business for call center outsourcing services in the domestic market.

* Engage clients to transition their call center activities to outsourced delivery.

* Sell end-to-end telesales, customer support, and back-office services.

* Build and convert pipeline across industries through direct client acquisition.

* Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

* Leverage existing network to win and grow new client accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant must have:

* 4-15 years of experience in BPS / call center sales

* Proven experience in selling end-to-end call center outsourcing services, where the entire function is transitioned and managed. (no SaaS, no products, no standalone solutions)

* Strong domestic market experience with new client acquisition across industries

* Established network with ability to independently generate and convert new business

* Demonstrated ownership of full sales cycle from lead generation to closure

* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client engagement skills

* Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
