Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals in the Recycling / Waste Industry.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product development alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Head should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within plastics, polymers, recycling, or sustainability-related industries
  • Strong understanding of rPET or recycled materials markets is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build scalable sales teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Hyderabad
