Job Description

Revenue & Growth

  • Own and deliver enterprise sales targets, including new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for enterprise customers
  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue predictability
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision‑makers and long buying timelines



Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals
  • Coach team members on deal strategy, value‑based selling, and executive‑level conversations
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and manage performance improvement plans where required
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable sales culture



Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders on the client side
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and Customer Success to drive cohesive growth



Strategy & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline health, deal progress, and risks
  • Contribute to long‑term revenue planning and sales organization scaling initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to enterprise sales
  • 4+ years in a sales leadership or people management role
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex, enterprise‑level deals
  • Experience managing geographically distributed sales teams (preferred)



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and procurement cycles
  • Proven ability to mentor and scale high‑performing sales teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
