Job Description

  • Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a steady pipeline for the sales team.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.



The Successful Applicant

A successful SDR (Sales Development Representative) should have:

  • 1-2 Years of UK Client Exposure
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and a basic understanding of the software industry.
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
