We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven RSM West to lead and manage sales operations in the aftermarket space in West India. This role is based in Mumbai/Pune and focuses on achieving sales targets, driving growth, and managing key client relationships.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals in the aftermarket segment in West India.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Identify and nurture key client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage distributors in the West India region
  • Responsible for the primary, secondary and tertiary sales for the business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RSM West - Aftermarket should have

  • Atleast 12 years of experience in the sales in the aftermarket segment in West India.
  • Proven experience in handling distribution channels - primary, secondary and tertiary sales.
  • Strong understanding of the West India market - should have had an experience of managing atleast two states.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
