  • Manage aftersales sales activities across the assigned region.
  • Work with dealer teams to improve customer service outcomes.
  • Review service performance and address gaps in aftersales operations.
  • Track sales results for parts, accessories and service offerings.
  • Build practical working relationships with dealer and service teams.
  • Resolve customer concerns with relevant internal and external teams.
  • Share market feedback to support aftersales planning.
  • Maintain accurate updates on regional aftersales activity.
