Job Description

  • Drive regional operations strategy, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and scalability
  • Own and deliver regional P&L performance (Revenue, GCM, DSO) with strong financial discipline
  • Lead end-to-end operational execution across multi-site and key accounts
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients for retention and growth
  • Develop and implement SOPs, MIS frameworks, and process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee client onboarding, transitions, and service delivery excellence
  • Monitor invoicing, collections, and resource utilization to optimize cash flow
  • Drive client satisfaction, feedback incorporation, and continuous improvement programs
  • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams with strong succession planning
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and audit readiness across operations



The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in operations within services/facility management or similar sectors
  • Proven experience in handling regional or large business P&L (non-negotiable)
  • Strong track record in managing large, dispersed teams and multi-location operations
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations and drive transformation
