Job Description

  1. Regional Business Ownership:
    Drive overall sales performance and P&L for the West/ South region, ensuring achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  2. Team Leadership & Management:
    Lead and manage Deputy Regional Managers (DRMs), Branch Managers (BMs), and the regional sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Channel Development & Expansion:
    Develop and strengthen the dealer and distributor network across the region, ensuring deeper market penetration and increased market share.
  4. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, including market entry plans, territory optimization, and growth initiatives.
  5. Key Account Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and institutional clients; support the team in closing large and strategic deals.
  6. Pricing & Commercial Negotiations:
    Oversee pricing strategies and guide the team in negotiations to ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
  7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks, and take proactive actions.
  8. Sales Promotion & Branding:
    Drive regional marketing initiatives including dealer meets, product promotions, and brand-building activities.
  9. Credit Control & Collections:
    Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, monitor receivables, and drive timely collections across the region.
  10. Product Demand Generation:
    Lead initiatives for demand creation, new product introductions, and promotion of value-added/high EBITDA products.
  11. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track regional performance metrics, review team KPIs regularly, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  12. Cross-functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and HR teams for seamless execution of business plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of the dealer network in PVC tubes industry in the West/South region.
  • Proven experience in leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in channel sales, distribution management, and market expansion.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and ensure execution excellence.



Qualification & Experience

  • Preferably MBA (Full Time)
  • Experience: 15 Years+
