Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's operational goals.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Provide leadership to the accounting team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Support strategic decision-making with timely financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should be:

  • A Qualified CA with at least 10 years of PQE.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Cross Border Manufacturing experience will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
