Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including close, journals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and leadership
  • Oversee daily accounting operations ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processes
  • Drive transformation initiatives through automation and technology adoption
  • Lead change management efforts for new systems, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and deliver business value
  • Engage with global stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - R2R should have:

  • Qualified finance professional (CA)
  • 18+ years of experience, including 15+ years of exposure to finance shared services/multinational environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a global environment
  • Strong background in R2R operations and accounting processes
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
