Job Description

  • Own the top-line and bottom-line for the quick commerce vertical, ensuring profitable and scalable growth.
  • Strengthen partnerships across major platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, driving visibility, discoverability, and brand engagement.
  • Lead a team to ensure seamless execution across listings, operations, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to unlock new opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize revenue and margins, and identify data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams to deliver end-to-end success.
  • Build future-ready strategies to maintain competitive edge in the rapid-delivery space.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or related categories, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly execution-focused with a strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, flat environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, manage, and develop teams
