We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Controller to lead financial governance, profitability management, pricing strategy, commercial controls, and business partnering for a large project sales business. This role offers the opportunity to shape commercial decision-making, improve margins, drive automation initiatives, and work closely with senior leadership.

Job Description

  • Drive profitability and margin enhancement across the project business through pricing analysis, financial modelling, and commercial evaluation.
  • Own project sales reporting, analytics, executive dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership.
  • Manage rebate programmes, accruals, provisioning processes, and commercial governance frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and commercial control standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a finance team while strengthening governance and control processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in pricing governance, commercial analytics, business partnering, and process automation.
  • Advanced financial modelling, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of commercial controls, audits, ERP systems, reporting platforms, and workflow tools.
  • Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or MBA Finance/M.Com./equivalent finance qualification with 12-18 years of relevant experience.
