  • Knowledge of product planning and prioritising product requirements.
  • Ability to understand user needs and turn them into product improvements.
  • Experience working with digital and technology teams.
  • Confidence using product data and feedback to support decisions.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing product plans and updates.
