Job Description

  • Lead delivery of client engagements from solution design through implementation.
  • Act as the link between clients, commercial teams, product, credit, and engineering.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Help evolve products based on customer needs and market feedback.
  • Improve delivery processes and support the company's scaling ambitions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in credit, banking, lending, or risk management.
  • Proven client-facing consulting, transformation, or delivery leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable working across business, product, and technology functions.
