Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling and identifying new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

If you are someone who -

  • has consultative selling background (selling to CXOs, CHROs, TA Heads, HR leaders, etc.) across B2B industries (power, semi con, E&E, real estate, manufacturing. renewable energy, Oil & gas, Building materials, chemicals, packaging, etc)
  • comes from exec Search/leadership hiring space across the B2B industries (mentioned above)
  • is passionate about building the patch ground up
  • enjoys the flexibility of managing end to end clients
