Job Description

  • Handle human resources activities for the plant workforce.
  • Maintain employee records and keep HR information accurate.
  • Work with plant teams to address employee queries.
  • Support hiring activities and new joiner processes.
  • Help run performance review and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage attendance and leave records for accurate reporting.
  • Prepare HR reports and share updates with relevant teams.
  • Help maintain consistent people processes across the plant.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling plant-based human resources activities.
  • Knowledge of employee records, attendance and leave processes.
  • Ability to support hiring and employee onboarding tasks.
  • Confidence preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate data.
  • Comfort working with employees and plant stakeholders.
  • Understanding of performance review and engagement activities.
