Job Description

  • Manage routine HR activities for the plant and keep employee records organised.
  • Work with plant teams to understand workforce needs and resolve HR queries.
  • Help deliver employee lifecycle processes, from joining through internal movements.
  • Work with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and prepare regular people-related reports.
  • Handle employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Work with relevant teams to deliver plant HR initiatives.
  • Keep HR processes consistent across the Pune location.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling HR activities in a plant or operational setting.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
  • Ability to work with managers on workforce and staffing requirements.
  • Confidence handling employee queries and workplace concerns.
  • Good attention to detail when maintaining HR data and records.
  • Ability to prepare clear HR reports and maintain accurate information.
