As the Plant HR Head (GM), you'll manage HR Ops at the plant level, ensuring smooth processes and a motivated workforce. You'll focus on areas like ER/IR, Compliance, Recruitment, Talent Mgt, etc.
  • Head end-to-end Plant HR for a new upcoming plant.
  • Build & lead your own team.

Job Description

  • Manage HR Ops for the plant, ensuring Compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop & implement HR Strategies to support business goals.
  • Handle Emp Relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Oversee Recruitment and Talent Mgt processes.
  • Plan & execute T&D programmes.
  • Ensure Payroll & Benefits administration runs smoothly.
  • Monitor & manage workforce performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant in this role meets the following criteria-

  • MUST have speaking & reading proficiency in Kannada.
  • Should have 20+ yrs of exp.
  • Open to 6 days work mode.
  • Candidates with experience working in listed organizations will be preferred.
