Job Description

  • Manage and scale paid advertising across Meta and Google.
  • Drive customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve conversion performance.
  • Leverage data and insights to maximize digital marketing effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4-7 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Highly analytical with strong optimization and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets and driving profitable growth
