Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and process efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies for the Retail department.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure timely reporting of operational metrics to stakeholders.
  • Initiatives to enhance technology and infrastructure within operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
  • 8+ years experience in operations, business management, or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
