About Our Client

Our client is a global investment organization specializing in infrastructure and operating across multiple international markets. They are expanding their operations through a Global Capability Center to support business functions at scale.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end office operations including facilities, supplies, and space planning
  • Act as primary point of contact for vendors, utilities, and building management
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including workspace setup and access
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and global team visits
  • Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Provide travel coordination and expense management support
  • Handle administrative support for leadership and internal teams
  • Oversee procurement of office equipment and services
  • Collaborate with HR for employee experience initiatives
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • 9-12 years of experience in office administration or operations
  • Experience in financial services or multinational environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
