You will be developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. You will be creating strong talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs.

Job Description

Hiring Ownership -

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end hiring across Community and Operations
  • Build strong talent pipelines for new center launches and attrition backfills, prioritizing roles based on business needs and expansion plans
  • Lead high-volume hiring through city-level campaigns, walk-ins, campus outreach, and local sourcing while maintaining quality and cultural alignment
  • Evaluate candidates for role-specific skills with a strong focus on a service-first mindset, communication, and a member-centric approach



Sourcing & Market Strategy -

  • Develop and implement location-specific sourcing strategies, including vendor partnerships, referral programs, and community channels
  • Share market insights with stakeholders on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends



Stakeholder Management -

  • Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders across functions, not just an executor
  • Establish clear expectations around SLAs, timelines, and quality, ensuring mutual accountability



Candidate Experience -

  • Conduct structured interviews and manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including coordination, feedback closure, and offer negotiations
  • Improve offer-to-join ratios through proactive engagement with candidates before joining



Data & Process

  • Own and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and early attrition
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, ensure transparent reporting through dashboards, and continuously refine processes for improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Non-Tech Talent Acquisition (Lead/Sr Lead) should have:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally hiring for customer-facing roles or service-oriented talent
  • Background in Hospitality, Retail chains, Co-working, Real Estate, or related industry
