Job Description

Board-Level Contribution and Time Commitment:

  • Quarterly Board meetings
  • Act as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchor
  • Ad-hoc strategic inputs when required
  • Guide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conduct
  • Provide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue management
  • Act as sounding board to the CEO
  • Share best practices in scaling and running large organizations
  • Help sharpen company's positioning vs large incumbents insights on competitor strategies, and industry trends
  • Support strategic alliances and anchor partnerships for growth
  • Help identify white spaces and defensible moats
  • Estimated Time Commitment: 8-12 hours/month



The Successful Applicant

The successful NED will be required to provide strong independent oversight on governance, compliance, quality, and public market readiness, drawing from hands-on leadership experience in large and reputed Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma companies.

A successful NED should have:

  • 25-30+ years of experience in Diagnostics, Hospitals, Pharma, Healthcare services or healthcare delivery platforms
  • Prior roles as: MD / CEO / Whole-time Director / Non-Executive Director
  • Experience of working with a public listed Healthcare / Pharma company, will be a strong advantage
  • Should have direct exposure to: Regulatory Compliance, Clinical Governance, Audit & Risk management and Public market scrutiny.
  • Strong independence and ability to challenge founders / investors
  • Willingness to invest time and thought
  • Alignment with long-term value creation and IPO journey



Exclusions : We will not consider candidates who are:

  • Pure finance-only profiles (unless healthcare- listed CFO background)
  • Academic / policy-only healthcare experts
  • Foreign-only experience without Indian regulatory exposure
  • Advisory-board-only profiles without operating depth
