Job Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid‑market accounts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct effective discovery to understand customer needs and position the platform's value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from outreach and demos to negotiation and closure.
  • Develop account strategies that drive adoption, expansion, and long‑term engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and deliver consistent, high‑quality pipeline visibility.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience selling SaaS or software solutions to mid‑market customers.
  • Proven track record in quota attainment and generating net‑new pipeline.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with strong qualification and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging managers, directors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to product, design, or engineering teams.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
