The position of MD for the Data and Digital practise would focus on building the digital arm of the organisation - across both private and public sector mandates. This would also involve building the GCC consulting practise for the organisation

Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Lead the expansion and market presence of the Bengaluru office and the broader Southern region.
  • Scale the Data & Digital Strategy practice with a focus on AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive business development by building strong relationships across government, technology, GCC, and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Own end-to-end responsibility for winning, delivering, and growing strategic consulting engagements.
  • Develop and commercialize innovative public-private sector advisory offerings and growth opportunities.
  • Build a sustainable revenue pipeline and secure high-impact, marquee client engagements across the South
  • Recruit, mentor, and strengthen high-performing regional teams while establishing a scalable consulting practice



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have -

  • Atleast 15+ years of experience in consulting and industry, with focus on data/digital and experience in the GCC domain
  • A strong and well-established network across Southern India, spanning government, technology, GCC, and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in digital transformation, including AI/ML, cloud, data, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling businesses, practices, regions, or offices from the ground up.
  • Strong business development capabilities with the ability to personally originate and win new opportunities.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management skills and the credibility to advise senior government and corporate leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and agility to succeed in a high-growth, build-oriented environment.
  • Experience of leading high-performing teams while balancing growth, client delivery, and strategic market expansion.
