About Our Client

Our client is setting up a consulting firm where they will be leveraging their in-house AI tools to cater to the clients in tech and industrials.

Job Description

  • Contribute to scoping and lead engagements through delivery, working alongside a Director.
  • Direct AI-assisted research, steering a live research process and deciding in real time which threads to pull.
  • Build and refine the AI workflows that drive engagements and improve them deal over deal.
  • Draft reports with limited partner/director guidance and editing.
  • Present findings to PE clients.
  • Support business development, contribute to proposals, join scoping calls, build case studies from completed engagements.



Reports to: Director

The role will involve 3-4 overlap with US working hours

The Successful Applicant

Required:

  • 3-5 years in CDD or transaction advisory.
  • Managed full/significant portions of CDD work streams end-to-end.
  • Can present directly to PE partners and successfully navigate in-depth questions.
  • Strong business writing without heavy senior editing.
  • Forms a defensible thesis, doesn't just assemble data.



Strongly preferred:

  • Deep interest in AI tools. Genuinely motivated to understand how they work, build workflows around them, and continuously improve how they're applied. The kind of person who's already doing this on their own, not waiting to be told.
  • Judgement that punches above their tenure. This role requires a strong sense of what "good" looks like and elevating beyond what's typical.
