Job Description

Technology Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, Platform, and Technical Leadership roles.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skill sets across AI, LLMs, Applied AI, Machine Learning, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, and Emerging Technologies.
  • Design sourcing strategies targeting top talent from startups, product companies, AI-native firms, gaming companies, and other innovation-led organizations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, talent mapping strategies, and market intelligence.



Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop proactive talent mapping for critical and hard-to-hire technical positions.
  • Build talent communities and long-term pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Drive quality-focused recruitment processes while maintaining speed and candidate experience.
  • Use data and analytics to improve funnel conversion, hiring velocity, and talent quality.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to Engineering, Product, and Business leaders.
  • Influence hiring decisions through market insights, compensation intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future skill requirements as the organization scales.



AI-Powered Recruitment

  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, talent assessment, and recruiter productivity.
  • Stay current on emerging trends within AI, GenAI, and technology talent markets.
  • Bring innovative approaches to identifying and evaluating technical talent.



The Successful Applicant

Must Have

  • 6-12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant exposure to technology hiring.
  • Strong experience recruiting for:
    • Software Engineering
    • AI/ML Engineering
    • Data Science
    • Generative AI
    • Product Management
    • Platform & Infrastructure
    • Technical Leadership roles
  • Experience working in technology-led, product-led, startup, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring niche technical talent at scale.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using multiple channels and talent mapping methodologies.
  • Ability to engage and assess senior technical talent.
