Job Description

  • Design and execute research studies using inferential statistics and robust methodologies to address workforce and business questions
  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, and Bayesian analysis to derive insights
  • Develop experimental and observational study frameworks to evaluate talent, hiring, and employee outcomes
  • Analyze large datasets and build statistical models using Python and Excel
  • Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, structured narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global teams on ongoing research initiatives and maintain continuity of experiments
  • Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in analytics, research, or quantitative problem-solving roles
  • Degree in Statistics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline (Master's/PhD preferred)
  • Strong foundation in inferential statistics and research design, including regression, hypothesis testing, and Bayesian methods
  • Experience working with experimental or observational study designs
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling; strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior, non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience working with cross-functional or global teams
