Job Description

HR Transformation & Project Management

  • Lead and manage strategic HR transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, stakeholder communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets, and implementation progress.



HR Technology, Automation & AI

  • Drive implementation and enhancement of HRMS platforms, recruitment systems, intranet, workflow automation, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve employee experience through technology.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors for successful implementation, testing, and user adoption.
  • Evaluate emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.



HR Operations, Process Excellence & Policy Governance

  • Standardize and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation for critical HR functions.
  • Own the HR policy framework, including periodic reviews, updates, approvals, and organization-wide communication.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance.



Compensation, Rewards & HR Analytics

  • Support annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, promotions, and bonus planning.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using leading compensation surveys (Aon, Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW, etc.).
  • Build HR dashboards and leadership reports covering workforce, recruitment, compensation, attrition, and productivity metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights through HR analytics to support business and workforce planning.



ESOP & Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Lead implementation and administration of the ESOP platform, ensuring accurate data migration and seamless rollout.
  • Support strategic HR projects, change management initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Technology, Legal, and business leaders to deliver organizational priorities.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, HR Technology, HR Excellence, HR Analytics, or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience implementing HRMS platforms and managing HR transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and reward frameworks is preferred.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms within HR will be an advantage.
